  If I could rate it less I would... I am one to give second and third chances, because I know mistakes happen. But my god, I can't believe the chances I have given this office! Plan on them not answering the phones half the time and don't even bother leaving a voicemail because they don't return your calls. If you request a quote and they tell you they will call you in 20 minutes, plan on them forgetting about it and not even doing the quote (i gave them 5 days before I finally called them to get the quote). If you call to add a discount or make a change on the account, plan on them making a note on your account but not actually making that change. If you call to cancel completely with them because of their terrible service, plan on them canceling one thing but not the other. The Allstate guys in Stansbury Park were amazing! They get things done... go to them!
